Application:
Apply to reactive printing on cotton or viscose. 

PROPERTIES AND ADVANTAGES:
RG-608GN is an ideal sodium alginate replacer, strong in water molecule cohesion, and good in thickening effect and easy-to-use. It's good stability and alkali resistance, high color yield and color brightness.

It has a better effect on net permeability for rotary screen printing, clear outlines, and bright colors. Easy to be desized by washing. Makes fabric with  better hand feel than the one printed by sodium alginate, specially for navy, brown, black colored fabrics. Good stability in storage, increase the utilization of residual printing paste and shorter hydration time, and could be used together with sodium alginate.
Non-APEO, and an environmentally friendly product.

Application of the reference formulation:

Sodium alginate: 12.5kg Stir to full viscosity Thickener RG-608GN: 30-40kg
Thickener RG-608GN: 18-20kg urea: 50-250 kg
Resist salt : 1 kg The total quantity of water added: 500kg
Urea: 80-100kg
the total quantity of water added: 500kg
Printing Paste preparation :
White paste : 60-70% Stirs evenly
Reactive dyes water solution : 20-30%
sodium bicarbonate : 2%
sodium carbonate : 1%
Total Quantity : 100%
The test should be done before use according to the detailed situation .

Package and Storage :      
170kgs plastic drum, avoid insolation and freezing .
Stored in the closed container below 40 ºC , shelf life is 12 months.
